The Leasing Game has now changed its emphasis from simply a source of leasing information to a facility which can arrange funding for your needs or assist other brokers to get leasing transactions funded.

Late 2000 we changed our page style and moved to Front Page for html editing.

In '98 we finally linked to a lease calculator! Now you can check the rental rates you are being quoted to satisfy yourself as to the implicit interest rate. The calculator is courtesy of TimeValue who will be happy to sell you a full blown version. The on line version handles straight leases but not where there are skips or irregular rental structures. If you need a hand with these we will be happy to help (& if you are in Canada give you our own quote (which of course you can also check!!) 

Back in early '98 we commented "As we survey the on line leasing scene in Canada we are amazed that we are virtually the only leasing site around. That's not healthy! Come on "industry"!". Well now most lessors and brokers have a web presence. Check CFLA's site for directions. Let us know what you think of them (& us).
